Privacy Policy for Water Sort

This policy describes how the Android app Water Sort (store title: Water Sort: Color Puzzle) handles information. The game itself plays on your device. It does not create an account, does not sync progress to our servers, and does not require a network connection to pour, match, or finish a level.

Who we are

Water Sort is published by the developer of this app listing on Google Play. For privacy questions, use the email address shown on the Water Sort Google Play store listing, or the support contact listed there.

What the app does on your device

• Gameplay, level generation, and save data stay on your device.
• There is no sign-in, no cloud save, and no developer-operated game server.
• Restart and local progress do not leave the phone except as described below for ads.

Advertising

Water Sort is free and shows ads. Ads may appear after you actually clear a level. An optional rewarded video can undo one successful pour. Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC).

To show ads, Google’s advertising SDK may collect or receive information such as:

• Advertising ID and device identifiers
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
• Ad performance data (impressions, clicks, whether a rewarded video completed)

If an ad fails to load, you can still play. We do not sell your information.

Consent in the European Economic Area, UK, and similar regions

Data we do not collect ourselves

• No name, email, or password inside the app
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location from the app
• No analytics or crash service that we operate, other than what Google may collect through ads

Children

Water Sort is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated account or server, because those features do not exist. Ads are still shown through Google. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Google through ads in this app, use Google’s tools or contact us via the Play listing.

Retention

Game saves remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Advertising data is retained by Google under Google’s policies, not on a server we run.

Your choices

• Play offline. Ads will not load without a network; the puzzle still works.
• Skip rewarded undo. Restart is always free and does not require an ad.
• Limit ad tracking in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove local game data.
